Registration Process

Step 1

You will provide the front and back pictures of the owner's CNIC and the name of the NGO. We will reserve the NGO name for you.

Step 2

You will submit copies of ID cards for 7 members, along with their 2-year tax returns, to verify that they are financially capable. Additionally, police verification certificates will be required to ensure that they have no criminal records.

Step 3

We will prepare the file, submit it to SECP, and get approval. We will also obtain the demand notice, which must be paid directly from the owner's bank account. Once we provide you with the demand notice.

Step 4

After the demand notice is paid, SECP will forward the case to the Home Ministry Department for verification. They will verify the details and return the case to SECP. This step usually takes the most time.

Step 5

As soon as the case returns to SECP, we will provide you with the Performa, which you need to complete. After this, we will collect the certificate from SECP and hand it over to you.
